Open hours are subject to the reservation schedule of a particular day (i.e. from the time of the first reservation to the completion of the last reservation). We do not staff the store at all times. Reservations are required. Viewings must be scheduled with a member of staff and customers should call ahead. * Kindly note that we are a business that runs by appointment only, and our opening hours are from the earliest time a reservation can be made (10:30am) and the latest time the last reservation can end. This does not mean we open doors at 10:30am and close doors at 8:30pm every day. It will depend on the reservation schedule. We therefore recommend calling ahead of time if you plan on coming in to see the store or buy a gift card. We do not accept walk-ins.
