We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the USA. Due to the customized nature of our products, orders can take up to 5 business days to be prepared and processed before they are shipped.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, which can be checked directly with the selected carrier by clicking the link in your email or on our website here.

We ship orders to all U.S. States.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes for delivery.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding the following US holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- US Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship international orders through USPS International and DHL Express. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and applicable fees upon delivery.
Shipping time will vary depending on which carrier you select at checkout. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be prepared and processed before they are shipped.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All of us at The Beauty Tailor are committed to bringing you the highest quality product with truly attentive customer service. We also understand that sometimes things go wrong, and want to make your return and exchange process as simple and stress free as your buying process.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item[s] without hassle and free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase by clicking here and following the steps*.
*Due to the customized nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns on orders over $100, unless your order is damaged on arrival or incorrect.

- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with your free USPS return label and shipping guidelines
Damaged, Faulty & Incorrect Products
If the purchased product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product, let us work with you to make it right. Your feedback is extremely important to us and our top priority is customer satisfaction. Please provide as much detail as possible in your return request to enable us to make sure your replacement item is perfect. Once the exchange request is approved and the returned item is received, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Processing Refunds
Once the refund request is approved and the returned item is received, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, you can request a refund back to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of purchase by clicking here and following the steps.
In order for your refund request to be processed, you must submit photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item[s] through our Returns Center. We may require further information from you where necessary, so please provide as much information as possible in your initial request to ensure a smooth and efficient returns process.
Once the refund request is approved, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed. Please note, it may take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
